Terms Of Service
Promotions of digital products that you do not hold a license to or that is trademarked or have copyright are prohibited from being submitted to our Product Center.
Products which you choose to promote must comply with all applicable state and federal laws laws of your country and those of the US and Canada.
The promotion of pornographic, racial or other defamatory products is strictly prohibited and enforced.
Sending unsolicited promotional emails or any type of SPAM for any product in the PushButtonAffiliate.com Product Center or any website/sales page or web address(URL) that resides on our servers is strictly prohibited. Any such violations will result in the immediate termination without warning of your PushButtonAffiliate.com publisher or affiliate account. SPAM complaints will be thoroughly investigated before any decision to terminate is issued.
We do not allow the use of any type of redirection scripts. If we find any attempt to put such scripts into the websites that you upload to our product center we reserve the right to delete your account without warning.
PushButtonAffiliate will pay sales and commissions via PayPal for any products that you have listed in our Product Center. Sales and Commission payments are paid directly to the publishers and affiliates PayPal account on a Bi-weekly basis on the 1st and 15th of each month. ALL products that are to be entered into the PushButtonAffiliate Product Center must meet with PayPals Terms Of Service. If you try to submit a product to our Product Center that does not comply with PayPal TOS we will terminate your account immediately.
Master Resale Rights products may only be uploaded to the Push Button Affiliate product center if you hold a valid license that allows you to resell the product..
PushButtonAffiliate.com is owned by IATC Enterprises of NB, Canada. The PushButtonAffiliate website, graphics, logos or promotional material may not be used in part or in whole without the expressed written permission of PushButtonAffiliate.com and IATC Enterprises.
Any disputes that may arise between PushButtonAffiliate and/or its publishers or affiliates will be governed according to the provincial and federal laws of Canada.
PushButtonAffiliate.com TOS are subject to being altered, modified or otherwise changed at any given time without you being notified. Your continued use of our service will mean that you fully agree to abide and follow our Terms Of Service.
